– Moroccan Omelette

A comforting Moroccan omelette gently simmered in a rich, slow-cooked tomato sauce infused with warm spices and fresh herbs. Soft eggs blend beautifully with the natural sweetness of tomatoes, creating a hearty, flavorful dish that feels both rustic and vibrant, perfect for a soulful Moroccan brunch.

– Baghrir with Honey Butter Sauce
Light, airy, and delicately spongy, Baghrir. Morocco’s famous “thousand-hole” pancakes are served warm and generously drizzled with a silky honey-butter sauce. The golden glaze melts into every tiny pore, delivering a perfect balance of sweetness and richness in each soft, melt-in-your-mouth bite.

– Harcha
Golden and slightly crisp on the outside, tender and crumbly within, Harcha is a rustic semolina bread that embodies simple comfort. Served warm, it offers a delicate buttery flavor and a satisfying texture, perfect on its own or paired with honey, cheese, or olive oil.

– Barley Soup with Flavorful Seeds
A nourishing bowl of slow-simmered barley, enriched with fragrant herbs and a medley of toasted seeds that add depth and gentle crunch. Earthy, wholesome, and soothing, this soup is a celebration of warmth and tradition, designed to comfort the body and uplift the spirit.

– Moroccan Mint Tea
More than a drink, Moroccan mint tea is a ritual. Fresh mint leaves steeped with fine green tea and perfectly balanced sweetness create a refreshing, aromatic infusion. Poured high to form a delicate foam, each glass delivers a harmonious blend of freshness and warmth, an invitation to slow down and savor the moment.
